Does using BIA cost anything?
No. BIA is completely free to businesses. Internet service providers pay us a referral fee when you sign up through us — the same way a mortgage broker is paid by the lender, not the homebuyer. You pay the exact same price as going directly to the provider.
How long does it take to get quotes?
Most businesses receive their comparison within 1–3 business days. Spectrum and Comcast quotes often arrive same-day. Dedicated fiber quotes typically take 1–2 business days because carriers need to confirm fiber availability at your specific address.
What if I already have a provider in mind?
We'll still get you a quote from that provider — and compare it against every other option at your address. Many businesses are surprised to find a better deal from a provider they hadn't considered. At minimum, you'll have the comparison to negotiate with.
Do you work with all providers?
We work with 500+ providers, but we don't quote providers that don't meet our quality standard. We tier every provider in our database so you know exactly what you're getting. We won't recommend a Tier 3 provider as a primary connection without clearly explaining the tradeoffs.
