Our mission
Bring transparency to a market that doesn't want it
The business internet market is deliberately opaque. Providers quote promotional rates that expire after 12 months. Sales reps are paid to sell their own product, not to find you the best one. Contracts are written to lock you in, not to protect you.
Business Internet Advisor was built to change that. We're an independent broker — which means we work for you, not for any single provider. We compare every qualified carrier at your address, show you the real pricing (including what happens after the promo period), and explain the tradeoffs in plain language.
Our service is free to businesses because providers pay us a referral fee when you sign up through us. You pay the exact same price as going direct. We just make the process faster, clearer, and less frustrating.

Independence above all
We're paid the same referral fee regardless of which provider you choose. That means our only incentive is finding the right fit for your business — not the highest commission. We compare 500+ providers, including ones that pay us less than their competitors.
Transparency by default
We tell you which tier a provider is, what their SLA actually covers, and what the real monthly cost is after the promotional period ends. If a provider has a known weakness, we say so — before you sign, not after.
Relationships that outlast the sale
Most telecom brokers disappear after the commission clears. We stay. When you have a service issue six months after installation, you call us — not a 1-800 number. We have escalation contacts at every carrier in our network.
Quality over volume
We don't quote providers that don't meet our standard. Every provider in our database is classified by tier and evaluated on infrastructure ownership, SLA quality, and support responsiveness. We'd rather lose a deal than recommend a provider we don't trust.
